A company that chooses to distribute its products and services in this manner, does not have to advertise because the distributors do the advertising. After you complete and the company approves your application you become a distributor for that company. This enables you to buy products at wholesale and sell them at retail. When a product is sold, the distributor who sold it earns a commission.The more products a distributor sells the more commissions the distributor earns. There is no limit on the amount of commissions a distributor can earn. A distributor may also introduce the business opportunity to other people. Any that are interested, simply completes a distributor application and if approved by the company they become a distributor like you. After joining, your new distributor can start earning commissions every time they sell a product. You, as their sponsor, will also earn a commission every time they sell a product. You may sponsor as many people as you wish. By sponsoring new people into the business you are building your own organization. Not only are you making money from your own efforts, you also make money from the efforts of others in your organization. It does not stop there. Depending on the structure of the compensation plan, you will be paid on two, three, four or more levels of people coming into your organization. Your distributors may sponsor others and their distributors may sponsor others and so forth. Hence the term: Multi Level Marketing or MLM. Everyone can get paid on the same amount of levels.
